I am former Division I swimmer and coach who spent her “first” career in coaching; making a living on early mornings, late evenings, pier diem and weekend coffee at swim meets (Pro Tip: Stop on your way to the pool to pick up coffee, never trust hospitality or the hotel).
I’ve found it’s hard to be a swammer. By personal standards, your body is round and fluffy.
By main stream standards? You’re still a damn good swimmer.
This site is for all swimmers and swammers.
Single workouts are targeted towards swammers who still hold some endurance and speed.
Training Calendars are targeted towards everyone-swammers looking to train or just be consistent in the pool. Newer swimmers looking to build endurance both in and out of the water. Other sport athletes maybe looking to add to their programs or train for an event, whether in the water or out.
